I just wanted to take a minute and write this email and
thank you and the guys for the excellent – dare I
say Perfect job you did on my move. First off I have to
give the biggest thanks to Nathan and his crew, This guy
REALLY cares about the job he does. He really cares whether
or not he bangs a piece of furniture or scuffs a wall. On
both my move out and my move in Nathan and his crew were
perfect – not one scratch, scrape, scuff or piece
of dirt on the carpet. The crew hustled the whole time and
never took a break from start to finish. There wasn’t
any time that they were working that I was billed for –
they worked hard for every penny I spent. On my move out,
the new owners were moving in the same day and showed up
early. Nathan and his crew kicked it into high gear and
got done even faster than expected. Did I mention they were
on time both times – I didn’t sit around waiting
all day for them – they showed up when the said they
were going to.
Again, moving can be a real pain in the butt, but everyone
at Sprint took care of me and my possessions. Simon took
care of everything while my stuff was in storage and even
gave me a break when I went over my allotted time in storage.
Simon really knows what customer service means. I tell you
(the potential customer) this because I truly believe these
guys care about what they do and they take every precaution
that your valuables – really your life – are
in fine hands with people that care.

of your movers. I was extremely delighted with the performance
and professionalism. Your movers took extensive care to
prevent damage to all of my furniture. The drywall in my
house was not even damaged. I will be moving again by the
end of this year and I would like the same three movers

Sorry it has taken me so long to get this email off to you.
I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated working
with you and your team to move me on June 3rd. You were
very informative, friendly and professional. It did not
stop there though.
So many times people who are doing jobs like moving people
do not remember the customer service side of the job. This
was absolutely NOT the case with Harvey and his three guys
who showed up to move me. From the minute they arrived,
they introduced themselves shook my hand and were extremely
professional and polite. The took good care of me and my
furniture. My piano that is over 30 years old is my pride
and joy and Harvey and his guys were awesome in taking extra
care to take it down a flight to load and then back up a
flight of stairs to move it into my apartment.

The four man crew worked out very well. They moved our office
equipment into another office building and our excess gear
into a storage facility.
The crew was professional, courteous, and very diligent.
They worked almost non-stop packing and hauling our office
furniture and equipment. With the supervising driver's excellent
leadership and guidance, the crew executed skillfull handling
techniques that secured and efficiently transitioned our

your company, On Saturday Harvey, Phillip, Frank and Shay
were absolutely the best crew we've seen in a long time.

these days, knowing this being at my job now for 18 years,

I want to thank you and the entire Sprint Van Lines crew
for such a successful move!! I can't say enough good things
about Sprint.
Moving across the country is never easy, nor is finding
a reputable mover. From the first time we spoke over the
phone I had a good feeling that Sprint was an honest and
honorable company. You made me feel very comfortable at
every stage of the move and you were very upfront and honest
about the entire process. You were also extremely responsive
in assisting me with obtaining the additional insurance.
The day were set to move. David and his crew showed up early
and they worked very hard get our stuff packed up and loaded
on the truck. Even though we spoke at length that the price
would not be greater than 10% of the original estimate provided
by David, I was worried that the bill would be substantially
more when it was determined that we had 1100 cubic feet
rather than the initial estimate of 950 cubic feet. Again,
you proved to be very honorable and I only ended up paying
10% more than the original estimate which was based on 950
cubic feet. I refreshing to do business with people who
are honest, honorable and not in the least bit deceptive.
When you told me that the movers would be at our new home
on Monday, they were there on Monday. The crew that moved
us into our new home did a wonderful job - nothing seemed
to be lost or broke during the entire move and they managed
to reassemble all of our stuff (bed, futon, entertainment
center, tables, etc.) in record time. They worked very hard
and were extremely courteous. It was a pleasure to have
those gentlemen in our home. They are not only hard workers
but good people.
I am very happy with our move and it would be my pleasure
to be a reference for Sprint for any of your prospective
customers.

Dear Simon,
Last weekend my husband and I hired SVL to move us from
our townhouse into a single family home. The move took just
about 4 hours total. My husband and I were absolutely amazed
at how quickly and efficiently the crew worked. The move
went off seamlessly.
My husband and I have both had problems with moving companies
in the past. In fact, we had decided to move ourselves this
time rather than face the hassle and outrageous charges
that incur with a moving company. But with time as a major
factor, I went ahead and hired you guys, deciding that we
would give the moving industry "another shot".
SVL has proved me wrong. There really are moving companies
out there that listen to the customer and work extremely
hard to make you satisfied.
I am so pleased with the move and I really appreciate the
teams hard work and dedication. I work for National Geographic
Society and we have an intranet where employees can post
questions and ask for general information. Quite often I
will see the message posted "Can anyone recommend a
moving company and let me know which ones to stay away from?"
I can guarantee you that I will respond to those posts now
and recommend SVL.
